APA Valving
APA valves have gained a reputation as being exceptionally reliable and safe under harsh Australian conditions. They are the result of many years of extensive laboratory testing, comprehensive durability and in vehicle testing & collaboration with automotive manufacturers. APA valves are Australian designed and manufactured and are regarded the world over as being the industry leaders.
APA Service Valve
The Cylinder service valve is designed to control the supply of LPG fuel from the cylinder to the engine. When the vehicle is turned off or in the event of an accident the electronically controlled solenoid will automatically close preventing the escape of any LPG from the cylinder, even if the supply line from the cylinder to the engine is damaged during an accident. A manual shut off valve is also installed for added safety.
APA Service/ Relief Valve

The cylinder combination service/ relief valve is a recent APA innovative solution that combines both the service and the relief valve in one unit. This valve has all the safety features of the two single valves with the additional benefit of using no sealing thread. The same 10 micron filter is fitted to all APA service valves. This combination service/ relief valve is found in the APA 3 valve systems and is available for all cylinders with valve angles above 30 degrees.
Cylinder Automatic Fill Limiter (AFL)

The AFL is designed to limit the filling of the cylinder past 80% of the cylinders total volume. APA AFL valves have an integrated flange design which assures the correct alignment and allows the use of a separate heavy duty high bouncy float which is also extremely resistant to fuel contaminants.
Cylinder Contents Gauge/ Sender

The cylinder contents gauge is designed to measure the amount of LPG that is stored within the tank. The gauge is magnetically coupled through a forged brass head to the fuel sender mechanism ensuring the highest level of safety and accuracy whilst the Teflon impregnated polymetric gears ensure longevity of the product.
The sender unit is cleverly incorporated into the contents gauge which you can choose to have connected to your vehicles existing fuel gauge to indicate the fuel level in either your petrol or LPG tank dependant on which fuel your vehicle is selected to run on.
Cylinder Valve Compartment
The cylinder valve compartment has two purposes. It protects the valves from accidental damage and provides a gas sealed compartment around the cylinder valves. In the extremely unlikely event that LPG leaks from the valves or the pressure release valve operates this is safely vented to the outside of your vehicle.
